About Us
Dedicated Educators
All of our educators are Florida Certified Real Estate Instructors. We understand the importance of getting a strong start to your new career.
School Mission
Access School of Real Estate is designed to work on two different problems in the education of Florida real estate agents. The first is to serve as a full-service real estate school to provide quality education to train both future and current real estate professionals. The second problem that Access School of Real Estate addresses is helping real estate professionals and others involved in the housing industry understand the unique housing needs of individuals with disabilities.
First-Rate Course Offerings
Access School of Real Estate is a Florida Real Estate Commission (FREC) recognized real estate school. All classes taught are approved by FREC and the Department of Business and Professional Regulations. The school offers the legally required real estate courses; it also offers classes on disabilities and how to help individuals with disabilities find homes that they can live in comfortably and safely.
Director of Education
Cheryl Davis is the administrator for the school as well as the instructor for initial classes. Cheryl has over 7 years of experience in teaching Florida Real Estate classes for IFREC School of Real Estate and as a Faculty member for Florida Realtors. She has also served as the Director of Education for Florida Realtors. While in this position she served on the National Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) workgroup and on the Professional Development Committee.
On the State level, Cheryl co-wrote the Florida Military Specialist Designation and taught the first class in the State of Florida. She has also served on all of the Florida Realtors Education committees for multiple years. She is currently working with Performance Programs Company co-writing Real Estate Textbooks.
Cheryl currently has an MBA in Management and Accounting. She is also a Doctoral Candidate at Northcentral University with a concentration in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. She has a Graduate Certificate in Education.
